The Smoked Salmon, great quality, fantastic flavor and melts when eaten, great color as well. Kippers, was less popular, but its a great product as well. The Queenies, what to say, guests where lined up to get some.. we cooked them 2 ways, sauteed with chorizo and sauteed with cream and Stilton, which was very popular.

The product range & Quality of the seafood we buy from Paddys is fantastic, the Team at Paddys really do know there business and are always looking at ways to improve what they do. There contacts with local fishermen and seafood producers on the Island ensure I always have fresh fish available on my menu and specials board, the smoke salmon they smoke at Ballapaddag has fantastic flavour and quality presentation.
