Our Minimum Order value is £30.
Free Delivery on all Isle of Man orders over £30.
Orders must be made before 12pm to ensure next day delivery.

Unfortunately delivery isn't available for locations outside of the Isle of Man

Christmas Deliveries

For Christmas and NYE orders please note the last date for orders are - 

Christmas order - Last order by 21st December before 12pm

NYE order - Last order by 28th December before 12 pm 

Please ensure someone is home to receive your fresh seafood delivery, products will not be left. Your products must be refrigerated after removing from packaging. Thank you for your order.

Delivery Time

Your goods will be delivered on the specified day at any time between 8am and 9pm. We are sorry, but we cannot stipulate the exact time that delivery will be made. Usually most orders are delivered by 4pm. Certain locations automatically come under a two day delivery zone for our courier. 

Please note: Due to the nature of fish and seafood we cannot always guarantee that all products will be available as shown on the site. Under these circumstances we will contact you either by phone or email. We can either offer you an alternative, modify your order, or hold off from dispatching your order until the product becomes available.

Delivery Address

We can deliver to any address and this includes a place of work or to a neighbour or friend. If the alternate delivery address is incorrect and we cannot deliver, we do not accept responsibility for the failure to deliver.
 

Leaving Safe

It is your responsibility to ensure that your requested delivery date is suitable for either yourself or your gift recipient to accept. If you are not available to accept the delivery the courier may leave the order with a neighbour or leave it in a safe place and place a card in the letterbox

Delivery Company / Courier

Your goods will be delivered by Isle of Man Post and Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Packaging

Your goods are packed with iced gel packs and within a temperature controlled box to keep all the goods well insulated and within fridge temperatures to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
