The Smoked Salmon, great quality, fantastic flavor and melts when eaten, great color as well. 

Kippers, was less popular, but its a great product as well. 

The Queenies, what to say, guests where lined up to get some..  we cooked them 2 ways, sauteed with chorizo and sauteed with cream and Stilton, which was very popular.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Paddys fish I.O.M. On the day of my birthday 31st May my very kind friend surprised me with a very unusual parcel arriving at my work. All my colleagues gathered round as I was called downstairs for the arrival of the parcel. I too was intrigued of what was inside. On opening the parcel I was totally amazed to see the contents was “My Absolute Favourite “ Fruit De Mer. The Lobster ,Crab, mules, King Prawns, Smoke salmon, Fresh crab white and brown meat, Crab Claws, and a beautiful garnish of different salads.

On arrival it was still in great presentation. All in All absolute delicious well done to Paddys and of course my very dear friend for spoiling me with a very unusual present. I have since deliver many to my family and friends. Such a very different gift idea I would highly recommend.
